Kai Yang is a 5th-year PhD candidate at UCLA, specializing in computational materials science with a focus on amorphous materials. His research interests span materials simulation, materials informatics, and scientific machine learning. Kai obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
